About Us

Humping Harriettes H³ is a vibrant sister kennel of Port Harcourt Hash House Harriers (PH-H3), dedicated to empowering women through running, fitness, and community. We are a dynamic group of ladies (affectionately known as "Lumpies") who meet weekly to follow trails through the beautiful landscapes of Port Harcourt City, combining adventure, friendship, and fun.

As the mother kennel, PH-H3 has nurtured and inspired us to create a space where women can thrive, challenge themselves, and build lasting friendships. We hash to promote physical fitness and wellness among our members, to celebrate sisterhood and empowerment, to enjoy the great outdoors together, and to create unforgettable memories while staying active and healthy. Join us for weekly runs, social events, seminars, and a community that supports and uplifts each other.
